This Privacy Policy applies to website visitors, assessment users, prospects, clients, customers, purchasers, training participants, course participants, event participants, community members, subscribers, social media users, and others who communicate with or do business with M1.

M1 may collect information you voluntarily provide, including first and last name, company name, job title or role, business contact information, email address, phone number, mailing address, billing address, assessment responses, contact form submissions, newsletter or email signup information, lead magnet or download request information, training, event, course, or program registration information, course enrollment information, course participation or progress information, community, forum, group, or membership participation information, account access information for courses, memberships, portals, communities, forums, or digital products, purchase information, invoice information, payment status, refund, credit, subscription, or chargeback information, transaction history, customer service communications, messages or information submitted through our website, comments, posts, questions, chat messages, discussion-board activity, community activity, social media interactions, direct messages, lead form submissions, or other interactive content you choose to provide, uploaded files, documents, screenshots, photos, forms, worksheets, or other materials you choose to provide, and information shared during calls, emails, meetings, assessments, consulting discussions, training engagements, course participation, events, group calls, webinars, forums, online communities, social media interactions, or fractional leadership engagements.
M1 may also collect business, operational, workforce, training, leadership, quality, process, productivity, staffing, retention, customer, vendor, financial, or performance information that you choose to share with us.
If M1 offers paid services, consulting, fractional leadership services, training programs, courses, events, memberships, subscriptions, digital products, downloads, online communities, forums, or online purchases, payment information may be collected and processed by third-party payment processors or checkout platforms. M1 does not intend to store full payment card numbers directly on its website.
M1 may also collect basic website usage information through Squarespace or related website tools, such as browser type, device information, network information, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location, IP address, website interaction data, and other analytics information.

M1 may use information to review assessment results, follow up with you about your assessment or inquiry, respond to contact form submissions, send requested information, resources, downloads, or materials, schedule calls, meetings, assessments, training, consulting discussions, events, group calls, webinars, or fractional leadership discussions, understand whether M1 may be able to help your organization, prepare proposals, scopes of work, recommendations, invoices, or engagement documents, provide consulting, training, advisory, assessment, fractional leadership, course, event, product, community, forum, membership, or related services, register participants for training, courses, events, programs, memberships, subscriptions, communities, forums, or paid offerings, provide access to courses, digital products, downloads, materials, portals, communities, memberships, forums, or online resources, process purchases, registrations, invoices, payments, refunds, credits, subscriptions, chargebacks, or transaction-related matters, send receipts, confirmations, reminders, scheduling information, account information, or business communications, send newsletters, marketing emails, educational emails, promotional messages, or other communications if you have signed up for them or if otherwise permitted by law, improve our website, assessments, training, courses, content, products, communities, forums, tools, marketing, and services, measure website, marketing, advertising, sales, community, course, and service performance, create, improve, organize, or customize training materials, course materials, consulting materials, reports, worksheets, templates, and business tools, moderate, manage, improve, or protect forums, online communities, group calls, webinars, chat features, comments, or other interactive features, maintain business, tax, accounting, administrative, insurance, and legal records, protect our website, systems, business, clients, users, customers, community members, intellectual property, and legal rights, prevent fraud, misuse, payment disputes, unauthorized access, harassment, abuse, or security incidents, and comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, security, or administrative requirements.
M1 does not sell your personal information for money. M1 may share information with service providers, contractors, consultants, payment processors, website platforms, analytics tools, advertising platforms, and other third-party tools as described in this Privacy Policy.
Section 3: Assessment Information
If you complete the Manufacturing Frontline Capability & Performance Assessment or any other M1 assessment, your responses are used to identify likely opportunity areas and support a follow-up discussion.
Assessments are initial self-assessment tools. They are not full operational audits, root cause analyses, safety assessments, legal reviews, compliance audits, quality system audits, financial reviews, human resources reviews, or formal consulting engagements.
A deeper onsite assessment or written consulting agreement may be needed before M1 provides specific recommendations, conclusions, implementation support, or formal deliverables.
Assessment results are based on the information submitted by the person completing the assessment. M1 is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information submitted through an assessment or form.
M1 may use aggregated or de-identified assessment information to improve its services, training, tools, content, products, courses, marketing, and understanding of common manufacturing challenges. Aggregated or de-identified information does not identify you or your company.
M1 will not publicly identify your company, publish your assessment results, or use your company name, logo, testimonial, case study, success story, or identifiable results in marketing materials without permission.
Section 4: Consulting, Training, Fractional Leadership, Course, Event, Community, and Product Information
If you register for training, attend a course, purchase a program, purchase a digital product, participate in an event, join a community, participate in a forum, subscribe to a paid offering, or become a client, M1 may collect and use information necessary to deliver those services or products.
This may include contact information, participant information, business information, payment status, transaction records, attendance records, course progress, community participation, forum participation, submitted materials, communications, scheduling details, account access details, and information needed to provide consulting, training, advisory, assessment, fractional leadership, course, event, community, product, or implementation support.
Any formal consulting, training, course, product, event, community, forum, fractional leadership, assessment, or implementation engagement may also be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, invoice, registration terms, purchase terms, course terms, community rules, forum rules, refund terms, or other terms provided at the time of purchase, registration, participation, or engagement.
Section 5: Payments, Purchases, Subscriptions, and Transactions
If you purchase services, consulting, training, courses, events, digital products, subscriptions, memberships, downloads, community access, forum access, or other offerings through M1’s website, payment links, invoices, checkout pages, or third-party platforms, payment and transaction information may be processed by third-party payment processors, checkout platforms, banking providers, or related service providers.
M1 may receive and store transaction-related information, such as your name, contact information, billing information, purchase details, payment status, receipt information, invoice information, refund status, subscription status, chargeback information, and other records needed for business, tax, accounting, customer support, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
Third-party payment processors may collect, use, process, store, and protect payment information according to their own privacy policies, security practices, and terms. M1 does not control the privacy or security practices of third-party payment processors.
Section 6: Email, Newsletters, and Marketing Communications
M1 may send business, educational, newsletter, promotional, or marketing communications to people who submit forms, complete assessments, request information, download resources, register for programs, attend events, purchase services, purchase products, enroll in courses, join communities, participate in forums, subscribe to updates, or otherwise communicate with us.
You may ask M1 to stop sending marketing emails at any time. If an unsubscribe link is available, you may use that link. You may also contact M1 directly at info@m1mfgsolutions.com.
M1 may maintain a suppression or opt-out record to help ensure that people who have opted out of marketing emails are not added back to marketing lists.
Even if you opt out of marketing emails, M1 may still send non-marketing communications related to active services, transactions, purchases, course access, subscriptions, community access, forum access, scheduling, legal notices, invoices, receipts, account matters, safety or security notices, or administrative issues.
Section 7: Phone and Text Communications
If you provide a phone number, M1 may use it to respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, follow up on assessments, provide service-related communications, or discuss business opportunities.
M1 does not intend to send automated marketing text messages unless you have provided any consent required by applicable law. If M1 offers text message communications in the future, message and data rates may apply, and you may be able to opt out by following the instructions provided in the message or by contacting M1.
Section 8: Online Marketing, Advertising, and Tracking
M1 may use online marketing, advertising, retargeting, analytics, email marketing, social media marketing, search advertising, lead-generation campaigns, affiliate or referral campaigns, conversion tracking, or similar marketing activities to promote its services, training, courses, events, products, communities, forums, and educational content.
These activities may involve third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, email marketing platforms, advertising networks, analytics tools, customer relationship management tools, affiliate or referral tools, or similar service providers.
These tools may collect or process information such as website visits, page views, clicks, form interactions, referral sources, approximate location, device information, browser information, IP address, email engagement, ad interactions, purchase activity, course registration activity, community registration activity, downloads, or other online activity.
M1 may use this information to understand how visitors find and use our website, measure the performance of marketing campaigns, improve website content, assessments, offers, courses, events, products, communities, and services, follow up with people who request information or submit forms, show relevant content, offers, or advertisements, build, manage, suppress, or measure advertising audiences where permitted by law, avoid showing irrelevant or repeated advertising, measure purchases, registrations, downloads, conversions, or other business activity, and improve sales, marketing, and client communication efforts.
M1 does not sell your personal information for money. M1 does not knowingly use assessment responses or confidential client information for public advertising or marketing without permission.
Some third-party marketing and advertising platforms may use cookies, pixels, tags, conversion tracking, custom audiences, retargeting tools, or similar technologies according to their own privacy policies and settings.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. You may also be able to manage advertising preferences directly through certain third-party platforms.
Where required by applicable law, M1 may provide additional notices, choices, opt-outs, or consent mechanisms related to cookies, targeted advertising, analytics, or similar technologies.
Section 9: Social Media Platforms and Public Online Activity
M1 may maintain, use, or participate in social media pages, profiles, groups, posts, comments, messages, advertisements, lead forms, videos, live streams, events, and other online activities on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, and other current or future social media, networking, advertising, or content platforms.
This Privacy Policy applies to M1-related activity on social media platforms, including M1’s company pages, profiles, groups, advertisements, lead forms, and business communications. It also applies to business-related activity conducted by M1’s owners, employees, contractors, consultants, representatives, or agents on personal social media accounts when those accounts are being used to promote, discuss, operate, or conduct M1 business.
If you interact with M1 or M1-related content on social media, M1 may see, collect, use, or respond to information you make available through that platform, including your name, profile information, company name, job title, public comments, direct messages, reactions, shares, tags, reviews, testimonials, questions, uploaded content, lead form submissions, ad interactions, event registrations, or other information you choose to share.
Social media platforms may independently collect, use, store, process, track, or share your information according to their own privacy policies, terms, advertising rules, and platform settings. M1 does not control the privacy, security, advertising, tracking, algorithmic, or data-sharing practices of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, or any other third-party social media platform.
Information you post publicly on social media may be visible to other users and may be copied, shared, saved, indexed, screenshotted, or used by others outside M1’s control. You should not share confidential, proprietary, sensitive, regulated, personal, client, employee, customer, vendor, financial, safety, quality, operational, or business information in public comments, social media posts, direct messages, groups, live streams, or other platform features unless you are authorized to share it and comfortable with the privacy settings and risks of that platform.
M1 may use social media interactions for legitimate business purposes, including responding to inquiries, building relationships, providing educational content, promoting services, improving marketing, measuring engagement, running advertisements, following up with prospects, managing events, sharing business updates, and protecting M1’s rights, reputation, users, clients, and business interests.
M1 will not intentionally use identifiable client names, company names, employee names, logos, plant images, proprietary materials, assessment results, private messages, private social media submissions, or identifiable business information in public marketing, public case studies, public testimonials, or public training materials without permission.
M1 may use public social media engagement, such as likes, follows, shares, comments, reposts, mentions, tags, reviews, or testimonials, in ways allowed by the platform and applicable law. However, M1 will not knowingly create, purchase, publish, or promote fake reviews, false testimonials, misleading endorsements, or deceptive social proof.
Section 10: Third-Party Tools and Service Providers
M1’s website and business operations may use third-party platforms, contractors, consultants, and service providers, including Squarespace for website hosting and website functionality, Fillout for forms and assessment submissions, email and business communication tools, calendar or scheduling tools, payment processors, checkout platforms, banking or transaction providers, course or training platforms, learning management systems, webinar or video platforms, meeting, recording, or transcription tools, forum, community, membership, or discussion platforms, social media, networking, advertising, and content platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, and similar current or future platforms, analytics or website performance tools, advertising and retargeting platforms, email marketing platforms, customer relationship management tools, affiliate or referral marketing tools, cloud storage or document management tools, professional service providers such as accounting, legal, insurance, consulting, marketing, administrative, or technical support, and AI-assisted, automation, or productivity tools used to organize, summarize, analyze, draft, or improve M1’s business communications, training materials, consulting materials, forms, assessments, communities, courses, or services.
These providers may process information on behalf of M1 or as necessary to provide services to M1. M1 uses reasonable efforts to work with service providers that maintain appropriate privacy and security practices, but M1 is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, security practices, terms, or policies of third-party platforms.
Section 11: Cookies and Website Tracking
M1’s website may use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, advertising tools, conversion tracking, retargeting tools, session tracking, checkout tools, course access tools, community access tools, forum access tools, or similar technologies to support website functionality, performance, security, analytics, marketing, advertising, checkout functionality, course access, community access, fraud prevention, and user experience.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. If M1 enables a cookie banner or cookie preference tool, visitors may also be able to manage certain cookie preferences through the website.
Third-party platforms used by M1 may also use cookies or similar technologies according to their own privacy policies and settings.

M1 may use these materials to provide services, document work, improve training, prepare deliverables, support client communication, create internal notes, improve M1 services, or maintain business records.

Section 13: Forums, Online Communities, Group Calls, and Interactive Features
M1 may offer or participate in forums, online communities, private groups, group coaching calls, group training calls, webinars, live Q&A sessions, discussion boards, chat features, comment areas, course communities, membership communities, or other interactive features.
If you participate in these settings, information you choose to share may be visible, heard, recorded, downloaded, copied, saved, or shared by M1, other participants, clients, customers, course members, community members, guests, platform providers, or other people who have access to the same setting.
This may include your name, company name, job title, profile information, voice, image, video, comments, questions, chat messages, posts, uploaded materials, shared examples, or information you choose to discuss during a group session or online community.
You should not share confidential, proprietary, sensitive, regulated, personal, client, employee, customer, vendor, financial, safety, quality, operational, or business information in forums, online communities, group calls, chat areas, webinars, comments, or other group settings unless you are authorized to share it and comfortable with other participants seeing or hearing it.
M1 may moderate, remove, edit, restrict, or use content shared in forums, communities, group calls, chats, comments, or interactive features for legitimate business purposes, including operating the community, delivering training, improving services, enforcing rules, protecting participants, creating internal notes, resolving disputes, and maintaining business records.
M1 is not responsible for how other participants use, disclose, copy, record, screenshot, download, or share information that you voluntarily disclose in forums, online communities, group calls, webinars, chats, comments, or other interactive settings.
M1 will not intentionally use identifiable client names, company names, employee names, logos, plant images, proprietary materials, assessment results, or identifiable business information in public marketing, public case studies, public testimonials, or public training materials without permission.
Section 14: How We Share Information
M1 may share information when reasonably necessary to operate our website, forms, assessments, courses, events, products, communities, forums, payment systems, and business systems; use contractors, consultants, service providers, and third-party platforms; process payments, registrations, purchases, refunds, invoices, subscriptions, memberships, chargebacks, or transactions; provide course access, training access, event access, community access, forum access, digital products, downloads, or purchased materials; communicate with you; provide requested services; schedule meetings, training, events, consulting work, group calls, webinars, or fractional leadership work; maintain business, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and administrative records; send marketing, educational, or business communications; measure website, sales, advertising, email, and marketing performance; comply with legal obligations; respond to lawful requests, legal claims, subpoenas, court orders, regulators, or government authorities; protect M1’s rights, systems, business, clients, users, customers, community members, property, intellectual property, reputation, or safety; investigate suspected fraud, misuse, payment disputes, chargebacks, community violations, security incidents, or unauthorized activity; and complete or evaluate a business transfer, merger, sale, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or similar transaction.
M1 does not sell your personal information for money. M1 may share information with service providers, contractors, consultants, payment processors, website platforms, analytics tools, advertising platforms, social media platforms, and other third-party tools as described in this Privacy Policy.
Section 15: Confidential Business Information
During assessments, calls, training, consulting discussions, fractional leadership discussions, course participation, events, group calls, forums, online communities, social media communications, or engagements, you may choose to share business, operational, workforce, training, leadership, quality, process, staffing, financial, customer, vendor, or performance information with M1.
M1 will use such information for legitimate business purposes, including evaluating your inquiry, providing requested services, preparing proposals, delivering training or consulting support, supporting fractional leadership work, improving M1 tools and services, developing or improving courses and products, maintaining business records, and protecting M1’s legal and business interests.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, information you submit through the website, assessment, checkout process, course platform, contact form, email, forum, online community, chat, comment area, group call, webinar, social media message, direct message, public post, or general communication does not create a confidential, fiduciary, advisory, consulting, fractional leadership, employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or client relationship by itself.
Any additional confidentiality obligations may be addressed in a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, nondisclosure agreement, course agreement, training agreement, fractional leadership agreement, community agreement, forum rules, or client agreement.
Section 16: Sensitive Information
M1 does not intentionally request highly sensitive personal information through general website forms, including Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, personal medical information, personal financial account numbers, government identification numbers, criminal history, biometric information, union membership information, personal tax records, payroll records, personnel files, or other highly sensitive information.
You should not submit highly sensitive, confidential, regulated, classified, proprietary, or unnecessary personal information through general website forms unless M1 has specifically requested it and appropriate protections are in place.
You should also avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information in group calls, forums, online communities, chat messages, comments, webinars, discussion boards, course communities, social media comments, direct messages, or other interactive features where other participants or platform providers may be present.
If you choose to submit or share sensitive or confidential information through general website forms, email, course platforms, forums, online communities, group calls, webinars, chat areas, comments, social media platforms, direct messages, or other online tools, you do so at your own risk.

M1 takes reasonable steps to protect information submitted to us. Access to information may be limited to individuals, contractors, consultants, service providers, or tools that need access for legitimate business purposes.

You may contact M1 to ask what information M1 has about you, request corrections, request deletion of your information, ask M1 not to contact you for marketing purposes, ask questions about how your information is used, or exercise any privacy rights available to you under applicable law.

M1’s website, assessments, training, courses, events, products, communities, forums, and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13.
M1 does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If M1 learns that it has collected personal information from a child under 13, M1 will take reasonable steps to delete it.
